Rooms can be held with a $50 (Non-refundable) deposit. 

Credit cards are held during your stay in case of incidentals.

Check in: 4 pm Check out: 12 noon.  A $50 fee will be charged to rooms with late check out

There is a $25 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Pets must be on leash, in your vehicle, or in your cabin for the entirety of your stay. No pets on cabin beds. Absolutely no pets tethered or leashed at the soak house. Be aware there are property dogs. For further information please see our frequently asked questions section. 

All of our cabins are dry cabins (there is no running water in the cabins).

Bathrooms and outdoor showers are a short walk to the soak house and are open all night for guests.  

Cabin and Tipi prices include unlimited soaking for 2 people from check-in (4pm) until check-out (12pm). NO GLASS in the soak house. NO Smoking or eating in the pools. No unsupervised children. We highly recommend star-gazer, sunrise, and sunset soaks! We clean our plunges from 7:30-9:30 am you will experience pressure washer noise if you are sensitive to sound please time your am soak accordingly.

Smoking of any kind inside the cabin will result in a $50 cleaning fee that will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Any excessive damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file. Excessive cleaning needed after your stay will result in $50 cleaning fee charged to your credit card on file. 

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 7 am

NO UNATTENDED FIRES. We have fire rings and pits for campfires. During summer fire season-camp fires may not be allowed. Charcoal grilles are available for guest use. Firewood and charcoal are not available for purchase here, guests must bring their own. 

Full Refunds: Refunds are only given when cancellations are made 24 hours from the time of booking. This means, from the moment you make your reservation, you have 24 hours to decide whether or not you, your family and/or friends can make it on the dates you selected. After the 24 hours, you will be issued a full house credit to use towards your next stay, that never expires and can be used on a day that works better for you and/or your group. Please call the office before booking if you have questions.
Same Day Booking and Cancellations: A 50% refund is issued when a reservation is made and cancelled within 24 hrs from check-in time.
Re-booking: We allow re-booking when notified of cancellation 48 hrs prior to check-in time. Cancellations taken by phone only. Please call our office at 406.741.3777.
No Shows/No call: No refunds or re-booking will be issued for no show or call cancellations.
