Recreation abounds all around Wild Horse Hot Springs - Enjoy alpine sports at Whitefish, Blacktail, Snowbowl, and Lookout Pass.  Book our local guides for scenic floats, snowcat skiing, lake and river fishing, snowshoeing and hiking, and horseback rides to name just a few.

Since 1911 when this spring was discovered visitors from all nations have come to experience the healing waters of Wild Horse Hot Springs.  In 1946, known as the Roosevelt Center for Crippled Children at Camp Aqua a tradition was started by providing free plunges for crippled children which still stands today.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY  - Since 1911 - our legendary healing waters from Mother Dragon Geyser have been utilized in the treatment of people from around the world.  Our plunges are cleaned and maintained daily, plus they are routinely inspected.

PLEASE NOTE: Special health hazards are associated with swimming or bathing in flow-through hot springs plunges - natural bacteria, artesian hot water, and potentially others.

Spring - a beautiful time of year to visit with lush green fields.

Summer - incredibly long days give you plenty of time to golf, hike in Glacier and recover in our healing waters the same day.

Fall - cool nights and warm days coupled with hot plunges gets you through the harvest and hunting seasons.

Winter - before or after skiing or snowmobiling at Blacktail, Whitefish, Lookout Pass, or Snowbowl a fresh hot plunge is tough to beat.
